Responsibilities
- Handle first communication with your referred client.
- Request complete client data for due diligence.
- Confirm Proof of Funds (POF), fiat or crypto.
- Coordinate NDA signature before private asset access.
- Follow up during the acquisition cycle and handoff.
Referral Tracking
Your referral link uses utm_source as the referral ID. When a visitor arrives, the website stores referral profile data internally (name, photo, WhatsApp) for 3 months. If the visitor reloads the page, referral attribution remains active during that window.
Referral Rules
- Breaking these rules can remove you from the referral program.
- The property cannot be published on Facebook Marketplace or similar marketplaces.
- You may promote through paid ads, PR, and direct outreach channels.
- Marketplace-style listings dilute perceived value and are not allowed.
Apply As Referral
The following data will be visible to visitors when you share your referral link: name, photo, and WhatsApp number. This gives users a full reseller experience. In other words, the website will be branded with your realtor profile data.
